This PR intentionally introduces a broken link to demonstrate the CI scorecard + threshold gating.
If you want it to feel even more “staff-level”, add 2 extra lines (optional):
• Expected outcome: score drops due to broken link penalty; CI fails if below threshold.
• Fix in follow-up: update link or add lychee allow/ignore rule with rationale.
