Variables now carry one reasoning-effort anchor per default role (worker, thinker, orchestrator, simple, validator), aliased into session/mission. No code change: the bucket is opaque and the YAML loader resolves aliases before parsing. simple_effort is defined for symmetry but currently unused (subagent fields are model-only).
