The server selector becomes unusable when many server profiles are saved: the list grows beyond the application window and some entries become inaccessible.

This change:

• limits the server list height relative to the viewport;
• enables vertical scrolling for long server lists;
• keeps the selector within the available window width;
• truncates long server names instead of allowing them to break the layout.

The change is intentionally limited to frontend/src/pages/Connect.css and is independent from the qWDTT worker authentication fix.

Testing:

• verified manually on Windows with multiple saved server entries;
• Windows Wails production build completes successfully.
