ui: clarify worker count wording

Problem

“Мощность” could be interpreted as a multiplier rather than the total number of worker threads.

Implementation

Clarify the slider label and accessible name in the add and edit server dialogs. The existing layout, minimum of 9, and increment of 9 are unchanged.

Закрываю как устаревший: #34 (уже объединен) содержит идентичную формулировку — метку «Мощь (всего силы)» и соответствующую aria-label как в диалогах добавления, так и редактирования. Все четыре строки из этого PR теперь байт за байтом интегрированы в основной код, поэтому объединять больше нечего. Спасибо за разъяснение!
