This update consolidates the bibliography into a single README, merges Multimodal & Complex Tables into Multimodal Table Understanding & Reasoning, removes empty subsections and footer boilerplate, adds five table-understanding surveys, and simplifies generated-file maintenance. RELATED.md is removed because its 17 entries are now rendered directly in README.md.
