Bump package.json to 0.18.2 and add the corresponding [0.18.2] entry to CHANGELOG.md. Closes OPEN-132 (release tracker). The release contains exactly one issue, OPEN-130 / PR #100, which completes the [0.18.1] block of CHANGELOG.md: the two bullets for #92 (OPEN-120, Keep-a-Changelog section reordering) and #93 (OPEN-121, the scripts/check-changelog.mjs gate and its test/changelog.mjs suite) that the [0.18.1] entry originally omitted. The check-changelog script itself was already sound on the file; only the human-maintained bullet text was incomplete. No user-visible change, no API or schema drift; the CI guards introduced in 0.18.1 continue to apply. Pre-cut verification on main (commit 6e82692): - main HEAD CI: build + demo green - npm test: 13 suites green (suite-drift first) - npm run build:demo: 6 demos + 42 prompts, working tree clean - npm run build: dist/index.html 275.34 kB singlefile closed - check-changelog CHANGELOG.md (post-bump): 9 sections, 22 tags - diff -q AGENTS.md CLAUDE.md: byte-identical Non-scope: framework code, demos, READMEs, Wiki.
