Patch release on top of v0.18.1. Completes the v0.18.1 changelog block with the two bullets that OPEN-130 / #100 added: the Keep-a-Changelog reordering (#92 / OPEN-120) and the check-changelog CI gate (#93 / OPEN-121). No user-visible change, no API or schema drift. - package.json: bump version 0.18.1 -> 0.18.2 - CHANGELOG.md: add [0.18.2] section narrating the gap and the fix; update [Unreleased] compare link to v0.18.2; add [0.18.2] link ref - AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md: untouched, byte-identity preserved - dist/index.html unchanged (no demo rebuild needed) Co-authored-by: Release-Manager <release-manager@opentoolbox.local> Co-authored-by: multica-agent <github@multica.ai>
