Deckless v0.1.0 is the first public release.

Highlights:

• keep the official Steam package intact while splitting proxy policy between Steam web content and game traffic
• remove Steam webhelper GPU disable flags during runtime and restore the original wrapper when Steam exits
• launch Big Picture through gamescope and gamemode when available
• hand fullscreen from Big Picture to launched games on i3 and restore it on exit
• ship install and uninstall scripts, configuration templates, troubleshooting notes, and contributor-facing project docs
