docs: wrap the CHANGELOG's long lines at 120 columns - #49

The past entries (0.3.0 to 0.9.0) had 78 lines up to about 1000 characters. They are rewrapped at 120 columns, list items with a two-space continuation indent; not a word changes (git diff --word-diff is empty) and the rendered Markdown is the same. Entries from 0.10.0 on are release-please's. Done: the last open #19 bullet (wrap the long lines). Next: CITATION date-released still needs a hand or a release-workflow step at each release. The last open bullet of #19: the past CHANGELOG entries (0.3.0 to 0.9.0) had 78 lines of up to about 1000 characters. They are rewrapped at 120 columns, list items with a two-space continuation indent. Not a word changes (
git diff --word-diffis empty) and the rendered Markdown is the same. Entries from 0.10.0 on are written by release-please.The rest of #19 landed before: README, CITATION and NOTICE up to 0.9.0 and the
Licenses/texts (#30), DocC names (#31), GPL-3.0-only everywhere (#35), release-please bumping CITATION'sversionand the README install line, plus the pre-release note (#45). The Keep a Changelog move and the[Unreleased]section are superseded by release-please's own format; the CI tag check already reads its headings.Left: CITATION
date-releasedis not bumped by release-please (its generic updater only rewrites versions); it needs a hand or a release-workflow step at each release, best decided suite-wide.Fixes #19
