build: tools/release-store.sh builds the App Store package - #109

From the same release tag as the DMG: archive with automatic signing (team 3B8SMSSAX4, MACEM_STORE_BUILD=YES, arm64), export with tools/release/ExportOptions-AppStore.plist, check the product (installer signature, sandbox, no get-task-allow, privacy manifest, export-compliance key, no Sparkle, version equals tag). --upload validates and uploads with an App Store Connect API key; nothing uploads by default. A script of its own so tools/release.sh (the DMG) is untouched. Tests: AppStoreReleaseTests pins the export options and the guards. Done: macTEM store build script (#103), not run end to end. Part of #103; the issue closes after Paul's first run passes. App Store work item 3 (macEM-suite#101), mirroring mac4DSTEM#125.
tools/release-store.shbuilds from the same release tag as the DMG, with the same tag and version checks. It archives with automatic signing (team 3B8SMSSAX4,-allowProvisioningUpdates,ARCHS=arm64,MACEM_STORE_BUILD=YESfor App Store: Sparkle in the DMG build only #104) and exports withtools/release/ExportOptions-AppStore.plist(app-store-connect,export). Then it checks the product: installer signature, arm64 only, sandbox, noget-task-allow, privacy manifest,ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption, no Sparkle, and app version equal to the tag.--uploadvalidates and uploads withxcrun altooland an App Store Connect API key (ASC_KEY_ID,ASC_ISSUER_ID). Without the key it stops after the checks.tools/release.sh(the DMG, which the v1.2.0 DMG fix is changing) stays untouched.Tests:
