Extend the verified release assembler to produce native Moonraker ZIP packages alongside raw executables. Each stable architecture-specific ZIP contains the unchanged source-built binary as executable phobos, release/version/repository metadata, the stable asset_name used by Phobos's ZIP updater, and GPLv3 licensing. SHA256SUMS covers both formats.

ZIP timestamps and permissions are deterministic. Existing artifact bytes and profile metadata remain unchanged.

Validation: all 16 release-tool tests pass, including actual metadata/mode checks, deterministic packaging, checksum handling and refusal to overwrite existing ZIPs. The Cortex-A7 v0.3.0 ZIP was also extracted through Forge-X's bundled legacy ZIP updater and published/download-verified. Its executable is byte-identical to the existing published v0.3.0 source-build artifact.
