This is the folder for the umami taste receptor project. There are three folders: research_design, umami_receptor_runs and analysis. The first folder, research_design, contains README.md versions of homework assignments. The second folder, umami_receptor_runs, contains the alignments, phylogenetic trees, and PAML files, as well as their respective README.md files. The final folder includes the analysis.
