I cannot receive messages

I have configured the nodes, and I can send messages, monitor users, but I am not receiving any message (with node get-messages).

I've double-checked the configuration and everything seems ok. If I can sent, it seems the channel and token are ok.

I recently updated my node-red to the latest version

Any idea ?

Just came here for this as well. Can sometimes get just a payload to work, but if I connect 2 payloads it stops working completely. Running Node-RED 1.2.3. Sometimes deploying will make Node-RED go funny, as in an error that it is not responding and come back a few moments later. Removing this and it works all the time.
