Validation complete: the completeness gate correctly caught 21 oversized vendored spec files (docs/.pdf, docs/.html, all exceeded_size_limit) that were previously silently retired from code scanning, confirming the new gate works as designed against a real consumer. imagemeta will need an excludes declaration for these files once magicsunday/.github#58 merges. Closing without merging.
