- centralize L1/L2/L3 memory constants, prompt text, regex patterns, and rule text in rules modules
- move deterministic L1/L2/L3 memory helpers into utils modules
- simplify L1/L2/L3 prompt builders and separate prompt assembly from logical blocks
- tighten L2 pattern/evidence handling and repeated-input activation rules
- add front-end repeated-input counter and pass repetition/runtime state through context
- improve runtime UI states, layering, shading, and image assets
- update recall behavior probe and secret word recall handling
