- Rename .github/workflows/action.yml → .github/workflows/pr-review.yml
- Remove app-private-key from inputs (keep as secrets only)
- Fix README: reusable workflow terminology, job-level uses: reference, inputs table cleanup
- Fix examples/review-runner.yml: job-level uses: reference, secrets separation
- Add .github/workflows/release.yml (workflow_dispatch with version input, tag + release creation)
