I made a mistake in the OPEN_LOCAL_FILES_LIBRARY_PATH or at least with the named addon it only works as follwing
For network drives its LOCAL_FILES_LIBRARY_PATH=/Z:/manyfold/stls/
For network locations its LOCAL_FILES_LIBRARY_PATH=//domain.com/manyfold/stls
Tested on Windows 11
