Doc and skill fixes for things that turned out wrong or missing during the 0.1.4 release prep.
APPX0101and DEVELOPMENT.md claimed no thumbprint was needed. Replaced with the CI-equivalent restore +--no-restoreunsigned build (verified); output path is repo-rootAppPackages/.LocalMachine\TrustedPeople;scripts/sign.ps1needs-Subject= manifest Publisher.APPX0101,NETSDK1094(win-x64/arm64 pubxml mismatch, fixed in chore: bump version to 0.1.4 #9), the cert-trust error, and the Store API draft /reconfigureerrors.ci.yml(which does not build the bundle) andstore-publish; new gotchas.releasegets a pre-tag checklist (PR then tag master, Store version/draft checks, approval gate);deploydrops the force-kill advice and documents the elevated sign/install flow;bump-depsvalidation now includes the bundle build.msstore-cli/SKILL.md.Vendored third-party skills are untouched.
Verification
pre-commit run --all-filespasses with no vendored file modified. Commands in the docs were run during this session; the sideload step was verified on the 0.1.4 bundle.
