- Uses globbing for wildcard support - Also fix bug where a full fileneame would be *included* not excluded from the exclusions - whoops

- Relocated separate checkboxes into the skiplist flyout - Added combined enable/disable skiplist checkbox and new combined skip counter - Fixed the skilistmatcher not skipping fully qualified paths (i.e. from the Estimator) - I really hate dealing with localisation TODO: Adding a folder with a known skiplist won't refresh the visual count until it is unchecked/rechecked
