Triage blocker: this app is CommonJS and src/main.js currently initializes persistent state synchronously with const Store = require('electron-store'); const legacyStore = new Store(); (lines 16 and ~96). electron-store v11 is ESM-only, so this version jump is not safe to merge as-is even though the existing mock-based CI passes. A compatible change needs to load the module using an ESM bridge and preserve synchronous access to legacyStore at app startup, plus a packaged Windows startup smoke test that exercises actual config reads/writes. Holding this PR pending that migration.
