OpenMS 2.4.0 with ZODIAC workflow modifications

This release is based on 2.4.0 but includes minor modifications to increase the number of detected isotope peaks and adjusts the output of the SIRIUSAdapter. This version was specifically used for the evaluation of ZODIAC, a Gibbs sampling-based method for the annotation of molecular formulas from LC-MS/MS data (https://bio.informatik.uni-jena.de/software/zodiac/).
