Atari 8-bit project template using K65 compiler

Project use K65 compiler, Altirra emulator and very simple makefile to build project.

You need to set K65_PATH environment variables pointing to root folder of K65 SDK. And Altirra.exe needs to be put inside K65_PATH\bin directory.
