This repository contains the SeaDataNet Ontology, designed to define concepts and properties used within the SeaDataNet marine data infrastructure.
The ontology is defined in the ontology.ttl file.
We welcome contributions to improve and expand the ontology:
- Issues: Please submit any bugs, feature requests, or suggestions via GitHub Issues.
- Pull Requests: To propose changes, fork the repository and submit a pull request with your modifications.
To generate the ontology documentation pages, run the following script:
generate_site.cmdThis script utilizes WIDOCO to produce comprehensive HTML documentation for the ontology.
- Operating System: Windows (Script made to work with IIS)
- Java Development Kit: JDK 11
Ensure that the JAVA11_HOME environment variable is set to the path of your JDK 11 installation.
