Cleanup

There are some old applications that are not in use or are broken that are still on our production servers:

• Roll Call
• Help Desk (broken)
• ATM Fees
• Parking appeals
• Faculty Survey
• Elections

Roll call and elections are kinda nice so not sure what we want to do with those but checkout the /htdocs folder on our server as well as all the databases we have. A lot of this can be removed and cleaned up.
