Fixed it, turned out I had link in that location (https://grimdawn.evilsoft.net/help/?q=StoreOnDifferentDisk, created it 2 years ago to move it to ssd) and target folder didn't exist.
IA should through some error that it can't access folder if it is possible in such cases.
