Fix: bump or new sort (Already Implemented)

The requested SQL query optimizations for bump or new sort in common/database.py (removing MIN/MAX and GROUP BY, and using INNER JOIN instead of LEFT JOIN) were checked and found to be already implemented in the codebase. An empty commit was created to acknowledge the task resolution without any file modifications. Tests were executed to verify system stability.
