wiring reads a changes job's paths-filter as a pin trigger, so ci.yml's corpus.version rebuild is listed #169
Description
What
wiring.py reads a workflow's pin triggers only from on.push.paths (:210, :349). marola-dev/marola-app#128 moved the image build from docker.yml (which had paths: [corpus.version]) into ci.yml, which runs on every push and gates the image jobs with a changes job (dorny/paths-filter, filter docker, corpus.version among its paths). The image still rebuilds on a corpus bump, but the umbrella's REPOS.md wiring block lost the row marola-app corpus.version | marola-app ci.yml (marola-dev/marola#855).
Read a dorny/paths-filter step's filters: too, and count a pin as a trigger of that workflow when a filter that lists it gates a job (needs.changes.outputs.<filter> in an if:).

Proof, 2026-10-17. Shipped in marola-devkit v0.17.0 (PR #173, release #175). The umbrella's bump marola-dev/marola#872, opened and merged by marola-merge-bot at 12:30:52Z, regenerated REPOS.md's wiring block with the new tag. Its Pin bump table on umbrella
