No Steward PR was ever authored by app/scala-steward: they came from a PAT, and since marola-app#92 from marola-pr-bot, which also opens non-Steward PRs. deps-stack now queries app/marola-pr-bot and keeps only its update/ PRs; pr_label_kind takes the head branch and gives kind/deps to marola-pr-bot only on update/. pr-label gains a --self-test. Closes #167 Tested: deps-stack.sh --self-test and pr-label.sh --self-test red then green; devkit-quality.sh rc=0 Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

Not changed:
deps-merge.shsearches onlyauthor:app/dependabot, so it never fetches Steward PRs; its^update/rule matches by branch and needs no login change.
