so a few things I found. This PR is far away from being able to compile, nor tested or whatsoever.
The biggest things I found is that we need individual implementations for a message queue, semaphores (dispatch semaphores) and timer (dispatch timer).
I also recommend compiling with
-Werroras there are a couple of warnings showing implicit type casts which may occur on OSX but not on Linux (gcc).
