docs: current install pin, paste example, and a module map - #3

The install snippet still said v0.1.0. Bumps it to v0.2.0, shows how a Paste event is handled next to ordinary keys, and adds a module map (lib, keys, input, ansi, sys) noting that Parser can be fed bytes directly for testing or non-stdin input.

The install snippet still pinned v0.1.0; it now says v0.2.0. Adds a paste-handling example alongside the key handling, and a module map covering
