What changed
docs/adr/and standardized numbering to0001,0002, and so onWhy it changed
The repo already had a bootstrap scaffold, but the v1 platform choices and ADR conventions were still partially implicit. This PR makes the initial stack decision explicit and removes ambiguity around where architecture decisions live.
Impact
Contributors now have a clear v1 stack decision, a single ADR location, and a consistent numbering convention for future architecture records.
