CI-only validation of exact draft engine #155 head 43f8935eb636967359028a0d9df293aac1812d99. The repository's .NET workflow runs for PRs targeting main. DO NOT MERGE this CI-only PR into main; functional source review stays in #155 based on pinned ARSAS engine baseline 352c81e6a798635c6addcee0683235ca87ad416d. Run CI only once per complete patch, avoid manual reruns. DataSet-first typed LN hinting is tested with synthetic MMS directories; physical GE F650 parity and benchmark remain separate gates.
