Superseded by ancestry-correct P0-C engine PR #181 (exact SHA ba21d88) stacked directly on P0-B PR #179; paired ARSAS PR #627. This older draft branches from the unrelated P10.9L baseline, carrying overlapping identity/report/RCB changes. Do not merge as an alternate protocol authority. Typed BER zero/false non-fabrication and ordered Read failure regression are now exercised by #181 and exact Windows CI; original branch retained for historical traceability. Field SGCB result remains unverified.
