Final public-facing repository metadata correction (owner-admin setting)
The user-facing README and GitHub Pages are already consistent with ARSAS stable v1.6.42. GitHub's separate repository About/topics metadata remains stale because the available GitHub App connector provides read access but no repository-settings write action. This is not a release/CI defect.

Public stable release is already complete — administrative-only tracking
Operator final decision on 25 Oct 2026: stable v1.6.42 is accepted and works on the supplied connection/QA evidence. This GitHub About/topics preference must never be described as a release-readiness blocker. Core README/landing/download and current screenshot documentation are already synchronized.
The connected GitHub app offers repository metadata reads but no repository-settings mutation. Changing About description/topics is therefore an optional owner-admin UI action, not a failed application/website test. Leave this issue as low-priority administrative housekeeping; do not demand fresh application QA, hardware runs or a new release because of it.
