P0-C — consumer typed SG Read + single-source evidence projection

Implementation

• GVA-authorized SG/SP/CF/DC/EX root projection preserves signedness: signed Integer is not silently accepted for unsigned GVA (or vice versa). Enum/unknown numeric stays raw rather than inventing symbolic text.
• One pure IedBrowserReadEvidenceProjector reads the existing association-scoped IedBrowserLiveValues ledger and exact failure evidence, not another cache.
• CSV outputs OBSERVED, READ_FAILED, INTERRUPTED, DEFERRED or NOT_OBSERVED_NO_ATTEMPT_EVIDENCE, plus actual numeric AccessResult failure reason where present, otherwise UNRESOLVED. GVA/invoke columns remain NOT_CAPTURED when evidence is unavailable.
• Parent SG/SP DO resolves only one exact model-verified observed scalar child. Cross-FC/cross-association ambiguity remains unknown, never borrowed.
• Synthetic 80-target regression: 23 observed (including false/zero), 12 failed with unknown field AccessResult, 45 deferred; browser parent/child same ledger revision, CSV parity, schema signedness and ordinal negative cases.
• Added exact SHA P0-C PowerShell trial and 6 negative ancestry/safety fixtures. No edit-group SE/control write or generic read-all polling.

• Consumer R7 CI SUCCESS: engine 1178 PASS; ARSAS 2371 PASS (no failures)
• Build ARSAS SUCCESS: ARSAS 2371 PASS, engine subset 24 PASS, bridge 6 PASS.

Acceptance boundary: CODE + SYNTHETIC regression PASS. Windows installer validation separate CI. Simulator on-wire and field IED still UNVERIFIED; 12 previously failed INT32 points cannot be called repaired without exact GVA/invoke/accessResult capture. Keep draft, no merge or physical promotion.

Final exact-SHA consumer CI and artifacts

• All 15/15 Windows workflows at 69e6a6de171b4bda9dd84f1c38e765b66d08b518 completed SUCCESS; no workflow failure.
• R7 engine + ARSAS regression: 1178 engine + 2371 consumer = 3549/3549.
• Build ARSAS: consumer 2371/2371, pinned engine subset 24/24, bridge 6/6.
• Validated silent-install workflow includes exact installer source identity, Inno compile, silent install and offline field-runtime smoke: SUCCESS.

Simulator on-wire and physical IED acceptance remain UNVERIFIED. Offline package smoke is not a live field test.
