P6D on exact
baseline/ux-p6c-validated. Introduces isolated passive raw receiver (Linux AF_PACKET and dynamically-loaded Windows Npcap), bounded bidirectional TCP/TPKT/COTP/Session/MMS decoding and invoke correlation, reproducible Ethernet PCAP import, and Sniffer GOOSE/MMS tabs. No client association or packet injection. IPv4 TCP/102 and classic Ethernet PCAP are the explicit supported input profile. Pending exact-head CI, behavioral tests and platform review; keep draft until verified.
