A basic PR, which provides the "close button" as a separate blade.
Switches from "@if($closeable)" to "includeWhen($closeable)", including the close blade only when it is closeable.
This allows for smoother customisation of the look/feel of the "close button" by way of publishing, without impacting overall behaviour of the hub itself.
