Review Summary

Thank you for your hard work! 😊 There is a critical issue in your test for the case where value < numberOfParts: the expected array is sorted before assertion, but the actual output may not be, which can cause valid solutions to fail the test. To ensure the test accurately verifies the function's behavior, please sort both the actual and expected arrays before comparing them, or clarify if the order should matter. Once this is addressed, your solution will fully meet the requirements. Keep going—you’re almost there! 🚀

Issue: The expected array [0, 0, 1, 1, 0].sort((a, b) => a - b) will always result in [0, 0, 0, 1, 1], but the actual output may have a different order. If the implementation returns [1, 0, 1, 0, 0], the test will fail even though the result is valid as per the requirements. Consider sorting both the result and expected arrays before comparison, or clarify in the requirements if order matters.
