Presuming we need to detect gobject-introspection 1.80 or later, could use some help with the build system code for that |

This commit allows and requires building against libpeas1 versions that contain the fix for gobject-introspection 1.80 or later

Just tested with the latest changes. Both autotools and meson builds with the newer libpeas worked fine. |
