Finding (EGV R1-process, CONFIRMED live). Afternoon closeout message claimed 00-disposition, 01-smoke, 02-contract, 03-failure, 04-backlog+scorecard, 05, 06, 07-bhs, 08-wrap, 09-pr-manager, 10-matrix, verification-log, findings/2. ls docs/aep-remediation/20260902-closeout/ -> ONLY verification-log.md + findings/ (1 file: AUTH-01 record). Each named 00-10 path: No such file.
Fix: write the missing closeout docs or retract the claim (BHK muse-lane C3/C8). Note p1/p2/p3 + panels-index ARE complete (29 kept findings) - the gap is closeout-only.
