At first I want to say thank you for this great Integration!

Usually I use my own user rules to load the car. So the switch "Charging enabled" is activated, "Charging rules enabled" is deactivated and the "User rules switch enabled" is activated. Additionally there is an input_select for the user rule selection.

So the "Charging rules enabled" is always deactivated in my scenario, during charging and when I unplug the charging cable.

Once I replug the charging cable all three switches are automatically activated again.
So I need to deactivate the "Charging rules enabled" every time the cable is plugged in.

Is there Amy possibility to save and reload the previous switch configuration or just disable the "Charging rules enabled" option?

This is expected cFos Charging Manager behaviour: the override_device flags (used by the Charging/Rules/User switches) are session-scoped — they reset when the car unplugs, which is by design (documented in the API: "The flags set in this way remain until the car is unplugged from the EVSE").

For persistent control that survives replug, the correct approach is to use powerbrain.set_charging_rules (added in PR #92) to set the desired rule directly in the Charging Manager, rather than using the override flags. The rule will apply every time the car connects, without needing HA to re-apply it on each session.
