Default value of timeout is used if no argument is supplied to updateTimer. This reduces errors on Windows when exceptions are thrown.

Added dreem_object component to be a wrapper for the object tag. Example application shows a swf and svg running with dreem. No interaction with either is currently supported.

dreem_object will modify svg files, if necessary, so they size to the parent view. I did this by setting the width and height to 100%, and creating a viewBox if one was missing.
