  • No module named propsys error

This is known to be caused by the SpiderOak shell extension. Uninstall SpiderOak's Shell Integration feature to work around it.

More generally, this is an issue with shell extensions built with py2exe.

Site takes visitors looking for 'Report an Issue' to a wiki with information on expectations for new issues...but the 'create new issue' takes you to the list of pull requests. Issues appear to be disabled, but the repository isn't marked as archived.
