Integrate Roslyn code analysis into build pipeline #46

Description

@mcpolo99

Overview

Add Roslyn-based static code analysis to catch bugs at compile time. The infrastructure is already partially wired up (FxCopAnalyzers referenced but disabled).

Sub-tasks

Context

Many bugs fixed in this pre-release cycle (ResolveThrow crashes, typeof().GetMethod() mscorlib mismatch, unhandled ReflectionTypeLoadException) could be caught automatically by analyzers.

    Resolved. Tier 1 (built-in .NET analyzers, #47) and Tier 2 (Roslynator, #48) were already wired; Tier 3 (#49) completed in #95 (44e6f29). Roslyn static analysis is now fully integrated into the build pipeline.
