Merging still seems to be a problem

1. DOCKER_LABEL_PREFIX on all agents/hosts should share the same label, this makes the YAML portable
2. And since they are going to be the same, it could even be hardcoded/omitted
3. then, each agent appends their AGENT_ID to prevent stepping on each others routes

Does that make sense or am I missing something? I have only 2 host and they are overwriting each other every 30 seconds.
