Add Node.js 24.0.0 support for URLPattern, AsyncIterator.prototype[Symbol.asyncDispose], Atomics.pause(), and Iterator.prototype[Symbol.dispose].

• I downloaded the official release binaries and ran small feature probes: all four features are absent in Node.js 23.11.1 and present in Node.js 24.0.0.
