Additional details

• I downloaded the official release binaries and ran small feature probes against each boundary:
  • Response.body.getReader({ mode: "byob" }) throws in Node.js 18.0.0 and 21.6.2, and succeeds in Node.js 21.7.0.
  • A non-registered symbol used as a WeakMap key throws in Node.js 19.9.0, succeeds in Node.js 20.0.0 and 20.1.0, and a registered symbol continues to throw.
