feat(apple-design): add iPhone Home Screen profile

What changed

• Expand the apple-design trigger for mobile Web/PWA and iPhone Home Screen requests.
• Route those requests to a focused ios-home-screen-web-app.md profile.
• Add reusable guidance for live-route mapping, manifest identity, standalone navigation, safe areas, touch, lifecycle, offline/update behavior, earned permissions, accessibility, and acceptance checks.
• Keep product implementation and shared-skill development in separate changesets.
• Update the repository's one-line apple-design description.

Why

The existing skill was strong on fluid motion and visual craft but did not cover the product-shell and lifecycle work required for a web app launched from an iPhone Home Screen. The new profile adds that contract without turning the core skill into an always-loaded PWA manual or promising native-only capabilities.

Impact

This is a documentation-only shared-skill change. It does not modify Johorindustry or another product, and publishing the branch does not update installed Codex or Claude skill snapshots until a human performs the existing digest-bound Apply workflow.

Validation

• quick_validate.py passed with Python UTF-8 mode.
• Frontmatter name, direct reference existence, five static scenarios, checklist coverage, and product-detail isolation passed.
• git diff --cached --check passed for the four-file frozen changeset.
