GetVXCTelemetrytoVXCService, backed byGET /v2/product/vxc/{productUid}/telemetry. Supports A_BITS, B_BITS, A_PACKETS, and B_PACKETS metric types with optional time-range filtering (days or from/to).Part of ESD-889.
