feat(test): add comprehensive integration tests - #18

Add integration test infrastructure using testcontainers-go and go-testscript for CLI testing with a real OCI registry. Changes: - Add integration/ directory with testscript-based tests - Add 24 test scripts covering all CLI commands - Add --plain-http flag for testing with local registries - Add cmd/client.go helper for client creation - Add GitHub Actions workflow for integration tests - Update justfile with test-integration recipe The tests use a registry:2 container managed by testcontainers, with unique tags per test for isolation.
